FLAME BONDING LAMINATION MACHINE
This flame-bonding lamination machine can produce high volumes of continuous laminated fabric. It is a double sided machine and produces a final product in one cycle. It is also capable of producing a single sided bond if so required. This machine has a working width of up to 1.8m and is capable of laminating foam thicknesses of 3mm to 6mm.
The process involves the passing of soft polyurethane foam over an open flame, which creates a thin layer of molten polymer. The fabric is rapidly pressed against the foam while in the molten state to produce a bonded product. This machine is capable of producing up to 40m/min.
